Shoes on clearamce rack were marked up from what were brand new and boxed on the shop floor. I though cleatance racks were to discount items to clear stock for whatever reason. Pretty bad practice for company reputation i would have thought !

A disability client I train regularly needed new shoes for weight lifting and walking.Upon entering the shop a young male salesperson introduced himself.I told him the type of shoe and colour we were looking for and within minutes he presented my client with the perfect blue Asics Gel trainer.Great service and knowledgeable sales people.

Visited your store last week while looking for school shoes for my son. Jasmine greeted us from start to finish and we were both happy with his shoes and the service we recieved. While being friendly, she made my son feel special and comfortable. Overall a seamless shopping experience.

Went in to Belmont Forum store today 21/5/23 looking for some new runners.The young fellow who served me was extremely good at his job and very helpful too.I've just had a hip replacement so his great service was very much appreciated.

An unresponsible seller with cheap (not price wise) and fake products. I bought an asics GT-2000 10 for AU$179 and it got holes on both toes and worn badly just after 2 months of very low usage as it let water to get in.The seller pretend to take the responsibility to follow it up with asics and took some photos...Nothing has happened yet after two weeks and they say it is not a manufacturing issue.

I went there this afternoon to change a pair of faulty shoes that I recently bought. The manager ( Jess) went over and beyond a good customer service ! The shoes got replaced straightaway with no problem whatsoever and she also gave me amazing recommendations on the new pair !
